No. Gnoia is neither a wellness product nor a medical device, and it will never pretend to be your therapist. It is an instrument for listening to your own life. If you are in crisis, it will say so plainly and point you to humans who can help.

It tries very hard not to. It has opinions, naturally, but it keeps them to itself. Mostly.

What you bring it — your sessions, your field notes, the threads of the weaving. Nothing it wasn't given. When it tells you something about yourself, it shows its evidence or it stays quiet.

Yes. The tapestry is yours; you can burn it — every thread, unrecoverable — whenever you choose. That option will never be hidden behind a maze.

Because that's the whole point. Every other app is built to keep you; this one is built to return you. The session ends, the field goes dark, and you're more here — not less. It turns out two minutes of silence do more for a body than any music tested. We built for that.

The field is free to stand in. Deeper readings are provisions you choose to take for the road. There is no toll on the door and no subscription to your own soul.
